2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In the Asociación Profesional de Guías de Turismo de Galicia, we treat the data provided by our interested parties with the following purposes:

a. Properly manage the contractual relationship when you register as a member, providing us with the partner registration forms with the general data necessary for such management, the legitimacy of this treatment being the consent provided by the member.

b. Maintain business relationships with our suppliers of products and services, with the legitimation of this purpose again that of executing a contract.

c. Respond to queries made through the “contact” section of our website. Users interested in our services must provide us with their name, surname and email address, as well as their express consent for the indicated treatment.

d. The data of the participants in the courses and training events organized by the Asociación Profesional de Guías de Turismo de Galicia are used for the management of the organization of the course / event, the legitimization of this treatment being the consent given by the interested party.

e. When the user, voluntarily, becomes a follower of the Social Networks of the Asociación Profesional de Guías de Turismo de Galicia, the information and personal data provided by the user through social networks are used to attend to all requests made to us through the same, being the legal basis of this treatment the express consent shown by the user to become “follower” of them.

f. Filing of CVs and their use when a selection process is organized, the legitimization of this treatment being the consent given by the interested party when they send us their CV.

In all cases, the data provided will be kept as long as the contractual relationship is maintained and as long as the interested party does not request its deletion or exercise his right of opposition. Once the contract is finished, they will be kept duly blocked, for as long as their conservation is necessary to meet the legal obligations that in fiscal matters affect the Asociación Profesional de Guías de Turismo de Galicia.

The Asociación Profesional de Guías de Turismo de Galicia never transfer your data to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation in this regard, it is necessary for the execution of a contract or you obtain consent from the interested parties.
